Met deze siliconen diamant-ijsvorm maakt u eenvoudig decoratieve diamant-ijsblokjes voor bij uw whisky of cocktail. De BPA-vrije siliconen mal is flexibel, herbruikbaar en eenvoudig te legen.

Tips voor mooi ijs:

  • Vul de vorm rustig om luchtbelletjes zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen.
  • Gebruik bij voorkeur gefilterd water voor helderder ijs.
  • Wikkel de gevulde ijsvorm losjes in een keukenhanddoek. Hierdoor bevriest het water langzamer, wat vaak zorgt voor helderder ijs.
  • Laat de vorm 1-2 minuten op kamertemperatuur staan voordat u het ijs uit de vorm haalt.
  • Witte of troebele plekken zijn normaal. Deze ontstaan doordat luchtbelletjes en mineralen tijdens het bevriezen in het ijs worden opgesloten.
