Who, when and why

The Trio pattern was designed by Welsh textile designer Tegan Haggerty, winner of the Drapers Prize, with which Tweedmill supports emerging design talent every year. Inspired by the traditional Welsh blanket, Trio combines large checks with well-chosen colour accents: a modern translation of a timeless classic.

'Llwyd' is Welsh and refers to the main colour of this version. Over the sofa, a chair or at the foot of the bed, this throw instantly gives your interior a contemporary, warm look. Made of pure new wool: warm, breathable and durable.

Care & washing instructions

Wool is a natural product and largely cleans itself: the fibre structure releases dirt and odours by itself. So wash as little as possible — some fresh air often works wonders. A stain? Dab gently with cold water. If washing is necessary, choose a wool programme at a low temperature with special wool detergent (not regular detergent, which damages the fibres). Do not tumble dry — dry flat and gently reshape.
