Pure Scottish Sea Salt, directly from the Isle of Skye
Recipe: Oven-baked Scottish salmon with Seaweed Sea Salt
For 2 persons
Ingredients:
2 fresh Scottish salmon fillets (approx.150 g p.st. )
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Isle of Skye Seaweed Sea Salt
1 lemon, sliced
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tsp black pepper
200 g baby potatoes, cooked and halved
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil, sprinkle with Seaweed Sea Salt and pepper.
Place a slice of lemon and some dill on top, bake for 18–20 minutes until the salmon is just cooked.
Mix the baby potatoes with olive oil, Seaweed Sea Salt, and dill.
Serve warm with extra lemon.
