Heather is a part of the Scottish Highlands. A sign of passion, heritage, history and trust. Each pendant is made from real Highland Heather and is handcrafted to last a lifetime and is a real little piece of the Highlands to be cherished and owned.

Every year in September the designer makes the journey to the Highlands and with special permission from Scottish farmers he carefully harvests a small box of Highland heather. This heather is used to make thousands of pendants with almost no impact on the environment.

*Gold filled is a high-quality product and should therefore not be compared to gold plate, doublé, etc. Gold filled consists of two or three layers. The base material is copper or jeweler's brass. On top of that a layer of usually 12K or 14K gold.  Gold filled products, just like pure gold jewelry, last a lifetime when used correctly.  keep their color nice,  are of good and affordable quality,  are well tolerated by people who are allergic to metals other than gold and are  easy to clean by rubbing them lightly with an untreated cloth or mild soapy water.
